Dental practice growth · CTC Stack

Turn unused chair time
into profitable growth.

We help dental practices fill open chair time with the right high-value cases, turn more inquiries into accepted treatment, and grow profit, not just patient volume.

A 30-minute call with a growth strategist. We’ll find where your practice loses revenue and what to fix first.

Before you spend more

Find the gap before you spend more.

More inquiries are only useful if they become the right cases. On the consultation call, we follow the patient journey to find where opportunities stall — and what deserves attention first.

The handoff to inspect
  1. Patient searches
  2. Treatment page
  3. Relevant inquiry
Too few of the right inquiries

Attract the cases you actually want to treat.

Start with your priority treatment and available capacity. Then look at whether your campaigns reach patients with relevant expectations.

What we look at together

  • Demand for the treatment you want to grow
  • How search intent matches your offer
  • The path from the ad to a call or form
A priority to discuss

Align the campaign, treatment page and patient expectations before increasing spend.

One priority. A practical next step.

We connect the patient journey to your open capacity, treatment economics and goals.

Where growth gets stuck

Most practices don’t need more leads.
They need more of the right cases.

The gap is rarely a single campaign. It sits between open capacity, the inquiries a practice already gets, and what it can see in its numbers.

01 / Capacity

Open chair time.

Providers and operatories have open hours, but the schedule fills with low-value visits instead of the treatments that grow the practice.

02 / Conversion

Inquiries that never become cases.

Calls go unanswered, follow-up stops after one attempt, and booked consultations don’t show up.

03 / Visibility

Revenue you can’t trace.

You see clicks and form fills, but not which marketing turns into accepted treatment and collected revenue.

Capacity. Conversion. Visibility.
One connected growth system.

What we do

One growth system.
Five connected parts.

Each plan combines these parts around the treatments you want to grow. You get the work, the tracking, and a monthly review of what it added.

Your numbers

What could your open chair time be worth?

Pick a treatment, set your own numbers, and see what a few more cases could add after treatment and growth costs.

of practice value the added profit could support

Annual added profit × an earnings multiple. The multiple is an example; use your advisor’s. Assumes the added profit is sustained and brings no new fixed costs.

At your rates, 2 cases a month takes about 14 booked consultations. That’s where follow-up and show rates matter.

A what-if, not a forecast or guarantee. Real demand, collections, costs, and timing vary. This is not total practice net income.

Where one Manhattan practice was losing patients.

Advertising created demand. The audit of what happened after each inquiry showed where the next gain was.

Measure the whole journey.

The audit identified gaps in tracking, status visibility and follow-up after the lead was generated. It does not prove these issues caused every missed visit, but it showed the team where to improve intake handling.

Campaign results cover 14 weeks. Bookings do not establish attendance, treatment suitability or revenue. Media costs exclude service fees.

How we work

From first call to a working system.

You know what happens at each step, what we need from your team, and when the work goes live.

  1. 01 / 30 minutes

    Consultation call.

We learn your goals and where patients and revenue slip away, and agree on next steps.

  2. 02 / After the call

    Growth plan and proposal.

A recommended plan with scope, timeline, and the numbers we will track together.

  3. 03 / Target: about 14 days

    Launch.

Align, build, review, go live: campaigns, landing page, tracking, and intake set up together with your team.

  4. 04 / Every month

    Monthly review.

Inquiries, booked and attended consultations, accepted cases, collected revenue, and what growth added. Measured and modeled numbers are marked apart.

Launch timing assumes timely access to accounts and approvals of materials.

Who we work with

A good fit if you have room to grow.

  • U.S. solo practices and small groups. What matters is open capacity and treatment economics, not the number of doctors.
  • High-value services: implants, All-on-X, cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners.
  • Open chair or provider time for additional treatment.
  • Willingness to track consultations, accepted cases, and collected revenue together.
CTC Stack

What we handle.

  • Campaigns and landing pages
  • Tracking from inquiry to collected revenue
  • Intake scripts and follow-up flows
  • Agreed automation
  • Ongoing optimization and monthly review
Your practice

What we need from you.

  • Access to ad, scheduling, and practice systems
  • Approval of materials
  • Front-desk follow-through
  • Accurate appointment and treatment statuses
The long view

We grow the value of your practice, not just this month’s revenue.

Higher sustained earnings, repeatable operating processes, and clearer tracking can support long-term business value.

FAQ

Before you book.

What happens on the consultation call?

A 30-minute conversation with a growth strategist. We ask about your goals, the treatments you want to grow, how new patients reach you today, and your open capacity. Then we look for the stage where the most revenue is lost and agree on next steps. If we don’t see a realistic opportunity, we’ll tell you.

How much does it cost?

Foundations starts from $1,500 per month, plus ad spend. We recommend a plan after reviewing your treatments, market, capacity, and implementation needs. Advertising costs are paid separately by the practice.

How long is the commitment?

We confirm the initial term and delivery scope in your proposal before you commit.

Do we need a new website?

A dedicated treatment landing page is part of the Foundations scope. We assess your existing website and explain any additional work separately.

Do you work with solo practices?

Yes. What matters is available capacity, the economics of your priority treatments, and the ability to track what happens after an inquiry.

Do you use AI?

Where it fits the agreed workflow. We confirm feasibility, human oversight, and responsibilities before including AI-assisted reception or automation in your scope.

Which practice software do you work with?

We review your scheduling, CRM, and practice-management systems before confirming integrations. Availability and delivery scope depend on your setup.

Will you replace our front desk?

We support your team with scripts, workflows, and agreed automation. Your practice remains involved in patient conversations, appointment statuses, and treatment decisions.

Can you guarantee results?

No. Demand, costs, capacity, collections, and your clinic’s follow-through affect the outcome. The calculator shows an illustrative scenario, not a forecast or guarantee.
